What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, surname, email address, how you heard about us, phone platform, early-access preference and consent record. Country or region, referral details and anything you choose to write in the optional notes box are also stored when provided.

Why we use it

We use this information with your consent to send occasional Fuller Evolve launch news, understand interest in testing and offer suitable preview opportunities. We do not sell the mailing list or use it for unrelated advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Privacy-friendly website statistics

We count page views and estimate daily visitors, broad device type, referral source and whether the preview video was started or completed. We do not use advertising cookies. A protected daily hash is used instead of storing a raw IP address for analytics, and it changes each day so it cannot follow someone across different days.

Storage, access and retention

Waitlist records are stored in a private database on Fuller Evolve’s secured server. Access is restricted to authorised Fuller Evolve administrators. We keep a waitlist record while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the testing and launch process, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. Essential delivery records may be retained where needed to honour unsubscribe requests and demonstrate consent.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe, ask what information we hold, correct it, ask us to erase or restrict it, or object to how it is used. Email privacy@fullerevolve.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

About the app

Fuller Evolve is designed to keep everyday app records on your device wherever possible. Barcode lookup sends the barcode to Open Food Facts, and exported information leaves the app only when you choose to share it. A fuller in-app notice will accompany public releases and any future connected services.
